Currently, we are looking for entry-level employees who willstart as Customer Service Representatives (CSR) who provide the initialcustomer interface for the company.The primary functions include booking movingjobs and scheduling estimates, assisting our Move Coordinators as they call induring the day with additional customer information, responding to customerquestions and requests, data entry and additional clerical duties. This is aservice position, compensated by a base hourly rate which depends onexperience. Meathead is absolutely the best in the industry, and a large partof your job will be educating our clients about that, since often times theyare searching blindly for a moving company. The right person will be passionateabout providing five star customer service and, more importantly, helping saveclients from the horrible moving experience that's all too common in theindustry.
Because of the specialized nature of sales communications, youmust be able to read, write, and speak fluent English. You must possess atleast a high school education and be proficient in MS Office applications suchas Word, Outlook, and Excel. In addition to these basic skills, the successfulcandidate will exhibit a positive, friendly, and professional attitude. The CSRmust be able to communicate in a cordial, upbeat manner in order to establishrapport and trust with customers. This includes butis not limited to: having a positive and friendly attitude, beingcustomer-focused, and being accountable for your actions.
